1. Everyone on the team is a member

Once you’re on the team, we set you up with a Pro membership at no cost, so you know every tool and use them the way our members do, every week. No purchase or payment is ever required to apply or to join.

2. Know the products

Before your first day you’ll know each of these well enough to show it to someone live:

• Card Magic^™ A ready-made card for every NFL game, saved before kickoff, graded after on the box score.
• The Expert Card The desk's hand-picked card for the games it chooses. Graded in public.
• Card Magic Parlay Builder™ Starts from the game's Card Magic lineup; keep, swap or drop players and see the chance and price.
• Line Shop The same line at up to 10 licensed US books, side by side.
• Range Rider^™ and Alternate Universe Each player's low, typical and high outcome, and the lines he clears most often.
• Injury Watch and What Changed Official injury reports and what moved since you last looked.
• Fantasy Hub and NFL DFS Season-long rankings and DFS projections (Pro).
• Results and the Desk Record Every card and every desk pick, graded on the official stat, misses shown.
• Plans Standard and Pro, weekly, monthly or season. Quote prices only from the live plans page.

3. Bring your expertise

Tell us what you know cold. Analysts and specialists contribute research and reads that are saved before kickoff and graded after, in public, misses included. That’s the deal for everyone on the desk.

4. The team rules

• We are not a sportsbook and we don't take bets. We publish research and graded picks; we never tell any one person what or how much to bet.
• No pick is guaranteed. Never promise a win, a profit or a sure thing.
• Everyone we talk to is 21 or older and where sports wagering is legal for them.
• Always disclose that you work with CenterPointSports (#ad / partner) wherever you post about us.
• Use only numbers that are live on the site, and say how they're graded.
• Point anyone who's struggling to 1-800-MY-RESET. Responsible gaming comes first.
• Member and customer information stays private. Never share it, screenshot it or post it.
• Never bet ahead of, or against, a pick before it's published to members, and never use non-public information (including injury news you learn through the team) to bet or to tip anyone.
• If you personally bet a pick you publish, say so. If you have any stake that conflicts, don't publish it.
• Never recruit or market to anyone under 21, and never describe the partnership as an investment or a way to make money.

5. How hiring works

1. Apply below.
2. We read every application and reply by email.
3. A short call, and for analysts and specialists a sample read on an upcoming game.
4. An offer in writing, with the role, the terms and how you’re paid. Sales Partners are independent partners paid through our partnership program. Each role’s terms, including whether it is a contractor or employee position, are set in a written agreement before any work starts.
5. Onboarding: your free Pro membership, a product walkthrough and the team rules.
