Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026. Operated by CenterPoint Intelligence LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.

The short version. CenterPointSports publishes NFL analysis and opinion for information and entertainment. We are not a sportsbook, we do not take bets, and no pick is guaranteed. The Service is produced by a mix of people and automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and it can be wrong — picks lose, and data, prices, injuries or grades may contain errors. Check everything with your sportsbook before you bet. You must be 21 or older. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver (Section 15) — please read it.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and CenterPoint Intelligence LLC ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of centerpointsports.com, the members' portal, our emails and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, located in the United States, and legally able to enter a contract. You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful for you. The Service is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly accept members under 21. If we learn a member is under 21 we will close the account and refund any unused subscription period.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides sports analysis, statistics, model outputs, opinions and "picks" about NFL games and player propositions ("Content"). The Content is information and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or gambling advice, and it is not a recommendation that you place any wager.

3a. How the Service is made — people, AI and data feeds — and why it can be wrong

The Content is produced by multiple contributors working together: our own staff (who write under pen names), automated systems including artificial-intelligence ("AI") models, statistical and simulation models, software that grades results, and data supplied by third parties (for example schedules, box scores, injury reports and sportsbook prices). Some text, images, video and voices are generated or edited with AI tools.

Any of these sources can make mistakes. Content may be incomplete, out of date, delayed or simply wrong, including (without limitation): picks and cards that lose; prices or lines that have moved or were captured incorrectly; injury, inactive or lineup information that is late or mistaken; statistics or grades that are wrong or later corrected; AI-generated statements that sound confident but are inaccurate; data-feed errors; software bugs; and outages. Counts that describe our systems (for example how many AI agents voted) are reported as measured and defined on the Service and do not mean a pick is more likely to win.

Do not rely on the Content as the sole basis for any decision. Always confirm prices, lines, rules, settlement terms and player status directly with your sportsbook and official sources before you wager. When we find an error we correct it and log published changes on our corrections page; a corrected result replaces the earlier one, and we have no obligation to compensate anyone for decisions made on information that was later corrected.

4. How we report our record

We try to report results plainly, including losses. Where a record is labeled as a rule-set or "applied after the fact" result, it shows how our rules would have performed on past games using only information available before kickoff; it is not a record of picks published live. Records labeled as recorded before kickoff were saved before the game started. Graded results use official box scores; a player who does not play is treated as "void". Our models do not, on their own, beat sportsbook prices, and we say so on the Service. If you believe a result is reported incorrectly, email [email protected] and we will review it.

5. Accounts and access

Access to the members' portal is personal to you and is granted by email sign-in codes. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your access. Do not share your access, codes or Content with anyone. We may suspend or end access that is shared, resold, scraped or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation

7. Our content and your license

The Service and the Content are owned by CenterPoint Intelligence LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use while your access is active. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, rebroadcast, frame or create derivative products from the Content, post picks publicly or in paid groups, or use automated tools to collect it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; access areas you are not authorized to access or probe or test our security; interfere with the Service; impersonate others; upload malware; or use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or to target minors or self-excluded people.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example hosting, sign-in, payment and data providers) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or sites, which have their own terms.

10. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes affecting paid members, notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your paid period.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR TIMELY OR THAT ANY PICK WILL WIN. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT CONTENT PRODUCED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OR AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, ABOUT DATA SUPPLIED BY THIRD PARTIES, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTERPOINT INTELLIGENCE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY ERROR, OMISSION, DELAY OR INACCURACY IN PICKS, PRICES, INJURY INFORMATION, STATISTICS, GRADES OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR ANY CORRECTION OF THEM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CenterPoint Intelligence LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our own wrongdoing.

15. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, email [email protected] with a description of the dispute; we will try to resolve it within 30 days.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. We will pay the AAA filing and arbitrator fees for consumer claims under $10,000 unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. The arbitration may be conducted by video or in the county where you live.

Class-action waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and the statement that you opt out of arbitration.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 15, courts located in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away consumer protections you have under the law of the state where you live.

17. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
