Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026. This policy explains how CenterPoint Intelligence LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information on CenterPointSports.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, your membership tier and status, and notes we add to administer your access (for example who invited you).
- Sign-in information: one-time sign-in codes and session tokens, and records of sign-in events kept by our authentication provider.
- Payment information: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the purchase, plan and status, and a customer or subscription identifier — not your full card number.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, collected automatically by our hosting, security and content-delivery providers for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
- Messages: if you email us, we keep the message and our reply.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as government ID numbers or financial account details.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service and let you sign in; to process subscriptions, renewals and cancellations; to send you service messages (sign-in codes, receipts, renewal and account notices); to respond to you; to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse; to comply with law; and, if we launch a newsletter, to send it only to people who sign up (every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address).
3. Cookies
We use only what the site needs to work. Two secure, HttpOnly sign-in cookies keep you signed in to the members' portal: one lasts about an hour and one lasts up to 30 days, and both are deleted when you sign out. Your browser also stores, on your own device, whether you've already seen the vault animation (cleared when you close the tab) and, on some pages, your light/dark display preference. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no cross-site tracking. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.
3a. Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on our site for advertising or across sites over time. Because we do no such tracking, we treat every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract:
- Supabase (sign-in and member database)
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Cloudflare (security, content delivery and our support-email forwarding)
- Google (Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load; and Gmail, which delivers our sign-in and service emails and receives support emails forwarded by Cloudflare)
Whop. When you buy, Whop, Inc. collects your name, email, payment and billing details under its own privacy policy (whop.com/privacy) as merchant of record. Whop sends us your email, name (if provided), plan, subscription status and identifiers so we can grant access. We never receive your full card number.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (subject to this policy).
5. How long we keep it
We keep account information while your membership is active. We review inactive accounts at least once a year and delete or anonymize account information no longer needed, generally within 12 months after a membership ends, unless we must keep it longer for legal, tax or dispute reasons (for example payment records, which are kept as long as the law requires). Technical logs are kept by our providers for their standard retention periods.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others) may have additional rights, such as to know, delete, correct and opt out; we honor these requests regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your request using the email address on your account. We respond to requests within 45 days.
7. Children
The Service is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security on our member database and secure, HttpOnly cookies. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as the law requires (including Ohio R.C. 1349.19).
9. International
The Service is intended for users in the United States and your information is processed in the United States.
10. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date, and notify members by email of material changes.
