Shipping and Returns
Shop items are sold by CenterPoint Intelligence Activities, LLC. Every piece is made to order; this page is the whole policy. Last updated October 24, 2026 (rev. 25.6).
Short version. Free US shipping. Every piece is made to order. No returns or exchanges, except for a
production error, which we replace or refund.
Shipping
- Free US shipping. Every price includes US shipping; sales tax, if any, is added at checkout by Whop.
- Made to order. Every piece is made for your order by our production partner. Your order ships within 30 days, usually sooner, and you get a tracking number by email when it leaves.
- US addresses only. An order with a shipping address outside the US is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Changing a size or cancelling. Email support@centerpointsports.com within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts, and we fix it or refund you in full. After that the order is in production and cannot be changed.
Returns and exchanges
- Custom-made, so no returns or exchanges. Every item is made for your order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
- Production errors are on us. If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@centerpointsports.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- Replaced or refunded, your choice. We replace the item or refund you in full. If we need the item back, we pay the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- Refund timing. A refund goes back to the card you paid with within 10 days of our approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Lost or damaged packages
- If tracking stops or the package never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out.
- If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you.
